ROS Copper & Orion Iron Ore Mines

Our iron concessions have over 11,000.0 ha of area. A study funded by AMCI/Anglo American and us in just 39 hectares of the concessions, assuming a depth of just 30 meters based on a past limited drilling program, the depth of the pit of previous extraction works in one of the bodies and the visible height of the outcrops, Mining Ministry certified geologist Jorge Zuniga estimated non 43-101 probable reserves: 23 million tons, open at depth & length and over 50 million tons adding inferred. The iron ore mine have been explored by us in the past and we are in the process of resuming operations of the bodies located in a split of it and around it in the neighbor concessions.

Our geologist believes the whole area of concessions could be an iron ore district based on geomagnetic studies, associated mineralization encountered and preliminary studies performed. There is the potential for a world class mid grade iron ore discovery.

The average iron ore grade of this 39 hectares is 51%, noble itabirite, which is a high grade relative to the mines being explored currently in the world. Moreover, the ore has low deleterian impurities (P and S), which is rare and commercially very positive as it can correct the Australian ore.

Metalurgical studies were made in Gorceix Foundation in Brazil, which indicated the beneficiation of the ore is feasible with yields of 80-90% and final iron ore grades around 61%. The area also have one or more high grade iron copper gold outcrop with over 100 meter length and 9 meters wide.
